SANDRA SHARPE

I'm the Certified Functional Medicine Health Coach & Functional Nutrition Practitioner behind Sandra Sharpe Wellness helping women balance their hormones & prepare their bodies for pregnancy through a holistic, root cause approach.

Being in the health & wellness industry was not something I had planned - rather it was something that came to me out of my own personal struggles and journey with gut health imbalances, hormonal imbalances & severe PMS,  hypothyroidism and more recently, thyroid cancer & miscarriage.

Being a mother of two, I know what it takes to prepare your body for the journey of pregnancy and beyond. Understanding all the variables that need to be in place for your body to support a pregnancy and optimal fertility are very often misunderstood, ignored or mismanaged. 

It is my mission to create a bigger impact in helping as many women as possible feel more in tune with their bodies, empowering them to lean into their feminine energy, support their reproductive health and implement sustainable daily habits in order to build a strong foundation for their fertility and hormone health overall.
